Sony E3 Conference 2018

They really need a logo update

Our next contender on the E3 presentation list is Sony showing off all the new games available for the Playstation 4. Again this will cover the highlights so let’s get started!

Leeeeooonnn

Apparently I didn’t know this but news of a Resident Evil 2 remaster had been circling for a while and the trailer for which was shown off during the presentation. The game looks great however some people are feeling off about the redesigns of the faces… ahh well I’m sure Capcom fans won’t get too upset about this… I hope…

Baby Daryl!

Oh joy more mind-bending strangeness from Hideo Kojima’s latest project “Death Stranding”. Luckily the game looks gorgeous even if the imagery is fairly nightmarish, I don’t know if it will truly be for me but I’ll be sure to give it a chance. It IS Kojima after all.

Just like one of my japanese animes!

Well this was fairly unexpected, a sequel to the Souls-Like japanese inspired game Nioh. With From Software’s new game also being announced and this showing up I am genuinely curious which oriental themed souls-like will be the king of the genre. Death Battle!!!

Ryu Waga Teki- something something

Another samurai game!? Seems as though Sony are trying to appeal to the weebs. Ghost of Tsushima is being developed by Sucker Punch Productions, creators of the Sly Cooper and Infamous series and from the trailer shown off the game looks absolutely gorgeous! Seriously I am so stunned by the graphics of this game, I guess a third contender has entered the samurai game death battle!

I always did wonder how he stuck to solid brick…

Insomniac’s Spiderman game was shown off some more and as before it really is shaping up to be the game we always wanted it to be. Personally I am still a huge fan of the Spiderman 2 game so I am excited to see if this one will top the retro legend.

Equality!

And of course for the last announcement I will cover was gameplay shown for The Last of Us 2. Looks like Ellie is all grown up and hanging out with some nice friends! I wonder just how this one will stack up against the original however from what has been shown the game looks equally gorgeous and just as emotional so I look forward to seeing how it fares, I know many other people await with bated breath.

And that’s your Sony presentation! Last one I will cover in full detail will be Nintendo tomorrow so look forward to that! That’s all for now, and as always. It’s not just a game, It’s a Life.
