Another day, another remaster of a game from not too long ago has been revealed but stranger than that it’s actually out for many people already! Activision Blizzard confirmed that a completely remastered version of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 campaign has been released on PS4 for you to buy and play right now and that a PC version would be available on April 30th.
Strangely for this type of game it is actually missing the entire multiplayer section and as such only the single player campaign will be playable in a remastered form. Instead of that they are giving some cosmetic options for use within Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (the new one, not the old one). It’s a strange choice to be sure as from what I remember most people who love this game mostly were fond of the multiplayer components rather than the single player. Regardless I’m sure fans of the franchise are happy that it’s here and especially if they are playing on PS4.
