Gaming has the unique effect of allowing us to step into the shoes of a character who is completely different from our normal selves. I take advantage of this fact frequently in order to determine exactly what kind of person I am. However sometimes I want to just mess around, have fun and be a cat.
After the latest ESO news I though I might as well take a stab (literally) at playing a Khajiit character in Skyrim. In particular I based him off my cat Tom (My character’s name is To’marjo) and make him a sneaky, stabby thief. I’m enjoying myself greatly and I even find myself speaking in a Khajiit accent from time to time which certainly helps with immersion.
What I wanted to pose to you all however is if any of you have played characters that were based on your own pets. Whether it be simply basing their personality on a pet or physically turning into an animal for the sake of immersion I would be fascinated to know your stories! That’s all for now, and as always.
